Business Profile (AVTRIZ)

When you onboard with AVTRIZ, we collect information about your business including industry, size, goals, challenges, and operational details through our onboarding questionnaire. This information is used to configure your AI agents.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, search queries, AI interaction logs, device information, IP address, browser type, and operating system.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and provide the features of FixZone and AVTRIZ, including matching clients with providers, processing transactions, and delivering AI-powered recommendations.
• AI Processing: AVTRIZ uses your business data to train and personalize your AI agents. AI interactions are processed to improve response quality and deliver contextually relevant outputs.
• Communications: To send service-related notifications, updates, security alerts, and promotional messages (with your consent).
• Improvements: To analyze usage patterns and improve our products, develop new features, and enhance user experience.
• Safety & Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our services:

• Google Cloud: Infrastructure hosting, data storage, and cloud computing services.
• Stripe: Payment processing, escrow management, and financial transactions.
• Anthropic: AI model processing for certain AVTRIZ features and FixZone intelligent matching.
• Vercel: Web application hosting and deployment.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary to provide our services.

• Escrow-protected payments on FixZone with 24-hour hold periods

5. Data Retention

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. AI interaction logs are retained for up to 12 months to improve service quality, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
